What is the minimum age for High Tea events?
It depends on the venue/club. For some events it’s 16, sometimes it’s 18. Always check the event page on Facebook or our site to be sure and prevent disappointment at the entrance.
Can I buy merchandise at High Tea events?
Yes! We always sell merchandise at our events.
Can I bring and use drugs at High Tea events?
Dutch venues often allow small amounts of soft drugs for personal use, always check the venues policy to be sure though. Venues do not allow hard drugs inside and you might be checked by security at the entrance. If you bring drugs, it’s at your own risk and we cannot refund your ticket or let you back in if security kicks you out.
What about tea?
You can’t bring your own tea unfortunately 🙁 , but we’ll try to give out free tea at the entrance!
Do you accept demos?
Yes! We are always looking for liquid bass music (dnb /dubstep/futurebass/etc). You can send private soundcloud links to email@example.com . It might take us a few days to a couple of weeks to respond.
How long does delivery take?
All we can say is that we deliver within 30 days. More detailed delivery info will be on this page soon.
What payment methods are available?
We have a huge variety of payment options, please take a look at the payment options in the checkout to see if your preferred payment method is available.
How do I know my order has gone through?
You will receive a confirmation mail with your order number.
What if my order does not arrive?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 40 days of purchase if this happens.
Which postal service does High Tea Music use?
We ship our orders with DPD and UPS.
In some regions there is an option to pick-up your package at a parcel shop or our distribution center in Rotterdam (Triplevision). If you fill out your address in the check-out, you will automatically see all options available in your region.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only physical orders. Downloads and tickets cannot be canceled.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing it. If the order has already been sent, please return it using a “signed for” service to return it to us. You are responsible for the products arriving back undamaged within 14 days of cancellation. Your full payment will be refunded.
Can I return my order?
Yes, but only physical orders. Downloads and tickets cannot be returned.
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please get in touch with email@example.com for an order return request.
If the order is damaged or faulty, we will sent you a replacement and cover the cost. We will refund your money within 14 days after your return request, provided we have received the product in its original state or have received prove that you sent us the product.
Is my data private?
All personal details entered during purchase are strictly confidential and will never be shared with 3rd parties except when the Dutch law forces us to do so. Your info may be used to contact you about your order or new products and events. You can unsubscribe from these emails anytime.
Can I get a refund?
If the event date or location changed, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund. In other cases you cannot get a refund, but you can however sell your ticket on ticketswap.
I lost my ticket, what now?
Please refer to the ticketproviders website to find out how you can receive a new ticket. Our regular ticketprovider is CM.com: https://resend.ticketing.cm.com/nl
